电弧炉在实际工作过程中,电极位置与电极电流的关系为显著的非线性关系。运用经典控制理论,通过建立数学模型对电弧炉的参数进行最佳调整,从而实现电弧炉的PID控制。该控制方法可实现电极位置的控制,从而将电弧弧长控制在某期望值。
