摘要
某污水厂采用初沉/水解/MSBR工艺,实际运行结果表明,在进水COD、BOD5、TP、NH3 -N的水质指标基本满足进水水质要求的条件下,出水水质基本达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918--2002)的一级B标准。污水的单位处理成本为1.01元/m^3。该工艺在COD短时冲击负荷(1~2d内)超过设计值20%与水量超过设计值10%的情况下,仍能稳定运行。MSBR工艺比CASS工艺处理能力提高10%,达标稳定性好。
The combined process of primary sedimentation, hydrolysis acidification and MSBR is used in a WWTP. The actual operation results show that when all the index of COD, BODs, TP, NH3 - N in the influent meet the basic requirements of influent quality, the effluent quality meets the first level B criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). The cost of wastewater treatment is 1.01 yuan/m^3. This process is still stable when the COD exceeds 20% of the design value within a short time ( 1 to 2 d) or the wastewater quantity exceeds 10% of the design value. The treatment capacity of MSBR process is raised by 10% compared with CASS process, and MSBR process shows a good up-to-standard stability.
