摘要
针对桂林市七里店污水净化厂进水有机物浓度偏高、TP去除效果不稳定、能耗较高的现状,将普通Carrousel氧化沟工艺改进为Carrousel 2000系统、立式表面曝气系统改进为深水微孔曝气和水下推流相结合的曝气系统。实施改造后,污水处理厂出水水质稳定,节电约600~1000kW·h/(10^4m^3·d^-1)。
Aimed at the high organic concentration, instable removal effect of TP and high energy consumption in Qilidian WWTP in Gulin City, the conventional Carrousel oxidation ditch process was reconstructed into Carrousel 2000 system, and the vertical surface aeration system was reconstructed into a combined aeration system of deep microporous aeration and underwater plug flow. After the reconstruction, the effluent quality of WWTP is stable, and the electric energy of 600 to 1 000 kW · h/(10^4m^3·d^-1)is saved.
