钛基SnO_2、Cr_2O_3、SnO_2/Co催化电极的制备和性能比较 被引量:1

摘要 以涂覆热分解法制备的DSA阳极(Ti/SnO2,Ti/Cr2O3,Ti/Co/SnO2),表面晶体颗粒饱满,分布均匀致密,覆盖度好,裂缝较少,催化活化性能明显增加;电极寿命和未经过涂覆的钛基体相比也有显著提高.NH4-N和COD去除率提高了20%—40%.电极寿命与未经过涂覆的钛基体相比提高到50%—119.2%.Ti/SnO2电极的COD去除效率较高,Ti/Cr2O3电极的NH4-N去除效率较高。 The anode of DSA(Ti/SnO2,Ti/Cr2O3,Ti/Co/SnO2) was prepared with the brush coating thermal decomposition method.The surface crystal particles of the DSA were plump,evenly distributed dense coverage and less cracks.The electro catalytic activity has been enhanced.Compared with the original titanium board,the useful life of electrode was extended obviously,and removal efficiency of NH4-N and COD increased about 20% —40%.Electrode life time was increased from 50% to 119.2% than that of the electrode with the titanium matrix which not be coated.Ti/SnO2 electrode has better removal efficiency of COD,and Ti/Cr2O3 electrode has the better removal efficiency of NH4-N.
