摘要
以苦卤为新型镁沉淀剂,改性沸石为晶种,对鸟粪石沉淀法预处理高浓度氨氮垃圾渗滤液进行实验研究.结果表明:当n(Mg):n(N):n(P)=1.3:1.0:1.1,氨氮去除率为96.2%;铁沸石晶种在3.5g/150ml时氨氮的去除率增加到了97.88%.对新型镁沉淀剂成本分析表明,苦卤和改性沸石作鸟粪石沉淀剂和晶种是可行的。
A new magnesium ammonium phosphate(MAP) method is described as a pretreatment for landfill leachates with highly concentrated ammonia nitrogen,with Na2HPO4 as phosphate ions and the bittern as a new substitute for magnesium precipitation agent.Within the time of 25 min,under the conditions of pH 8.5,n(Mg2 +):n(NH 4+):n(PO34-) = 1.3:1:1.1,the removal rate of NH3-N at the stirring speed 250r·min-1can remain as high as 96.2%,while the residual phosphorus content was 13.58 mg·l-1.Ammonia nitrogen removal rate increased to 97.88% after iron-zeolite crystal seed was added at a dose of 3.5g/150ml.Furthermore,cost analysis shows that using the bittern as magnesium precipitation agent has a certain advantage on cost.
