摘要
选用Ｑ２７５低碳钢制造卡爪，进行复合强化处理。经试验表明这种处理方法具有简化工艺，降低成本，节约能源，避免崩牙、开裂和早期磨损及软塌现象，能大幅度延长使用寿命。
Claws can be made from Q275 low carbon steel and then combined & treated to strengthen. The experiment shows that treating process is featuring simple processing, low cost, low energy consumption as well as to avoid defauts such as demage, cracking, wearing in short time and soft collapse. Working life of claws are greatly inproved.
