我国七省农村0~7岁儿童看护人营养态度在知识与行为之间的中介效应 被引量:3

Mediating Role of Nutrition Attitude Between Nutrition Knowledge and Nutrition Behaviour in Caregivers of Rural Children Under 7 Years Old in China

摘要 目的探讨农村儿童看护人营养态度在营养知识与营养行为间的中介效应。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,对3361名农村0~7岁儿童看护人进行问卷调查。利用SPSS15.0进行相关和层次回归分析;应用Sobeltest营养态度在营养知识与营养行为之间的中介效应。结果营养知识、营养态度与营养行为均相关(P<0.01),在多元线性回归中,加入营养态度后,营养知识与营养行为之间的联系强度减少(β从0.267降低到0.125),SobelZ检验显示,营养态度在营养知识与营养行为之间起部分中介效应(β从0.267降低到0.125,SobelZ-value=11.33,P<0.001)。结论农村儿童看护人营养态度在营养知识与营养行为之间起部分中介效应。 Objective To explore the mediating role of nutrition attitude between nutrition knowledge and nutrition behavior.Methods 3361 caregivers of rural children selected randomly were surveyed by questionnaire.SPSS 15.0 was used to conduct correlation analysis and regression analysis.The mediating role of nutrition attitude between nutrition knowledge and nutrition behavior was tested by using Sobel-Test.Results There are significant correlations among nutrition knowledge,nutrition attitude and nutrition behavior(P0.01).Hierarchical regression analyses provided evidence that the addition of nutrition attitude reduced the links between nutrition knowledge and nutrition behavior(β from 0.267 to 0.125).Sobel Z tests implied that nutrition attitude played a part of mediating role between nutrition knowledge and nutrition behavior(β from 0.267 to 0.125,Sobel Z-value=11.33,P0.001).Conclusion Nutrition attitude partially mediates the effects of nutrition knowledge and nutrition behavior.
