基于本土市场规模的内生化产业升级:技术创新的第三条道路 被引量:146

The Industry Upgrading with Endogenous Home Market Size: The Third Path of Technological Innovation

摘要 中国产业升级的关键在于企业形成创新能力,加快实现技术创新。传统的做法是从国外引进技术,走的是"以市场换技术"的道路,但实践证明这种道路没有换来技术,中国企业还是缺乏创新能力。近年来强调自主创新,但发展艰难,中国企业在关键的产业核心技术方面与国外差距过大。本文通过构建简要模型并基于案例的分析,对比研究了以企业为主体的技术创新的不同模式,提出了基于本土市场规模效应的技术创新的第三条道路。这种创新的模式内生于本土市场,通过合作的方式,在吸收国外先进技术的基础上,形成中国企业的创新能力。技术创新的第三条道路主要适用于大规模制造的现代产业,可作为中国产业升级的一种战略选择。 It is key to foster innovative ability and realize technologic innovation fast for China’s industry upgrading.The traditional path to realize it is to adopt technology from foreign countries,i.e.the path of market exchanging technology.However,under this path,China’s entrepreneurs are still lack of innovative abilities by practice testifying.Recently,it is emphasized to independent innovation,but it is so hard for China’s entrepreneurs because there are big critical technology gaps between China’s entrepreneurs and foreigns’.In this paper,we compare different technological innovation paths by constructing model and analyzing cases,and propose the third path of technological innovation which is based on the effect of home market size.This path can foster China’s entrepreneurs’ innovation abilities by cooperative innovation.And it mostly fits to modern industries with large scale,and can help prompt China’s industrial upgrading.
