产业技术自主创新能力的区域差异性研究

Study on Regional Diversity of Industrial Technology Independent Innovation Capability

通过建立产业技术自主创新能力评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对国内28个省区市的产业自主创新能力进行测评。结果表明,产业技术自主创新能力的提升有赖于投入能力、配置能力、支撑能力及产出能力的均衡匹配,各项能力对不同区域产业的影响有明显差异。对于各项能力不均衡的部分省区市,发挥优势产业的辐射带动作用在一定程度上能够弥补能力结构发展中的薄弱环节,但各项能力之间的均衡仍是提升产业自主创新能力的最佳途径。

This article established the appraisal system of industrial technology independent innovation capability and used the factor analysis method to measure and evaluation the independent innovation capability of domestic 28 provinces.The results show that the ascension of industrial technology independent innovation capacity relies on the balanced development of input capability,configuration capability,support capability and output capability,and each index capability has different influence on the industrial technology innovation capability in different regions.To some provinces that have unbalanced development status,through fully using the achievements of advanced industrial to complement the weak link can also facilitate the overall abilities,but the balance among each capacity is still its best way for development.
