量表在国外功能性消化不良临床研究中的应用及对针灸临床研究的启示

The Application of Scales on Functional Dyspepsia Trials Abroad and Its Implication for Clinical Studies of Acupuncture in China

由于功能性消化不良缺乏良好的客观评价指标,各类量表,特别是生活质量测定量表便成为测量和评价疾病严重程度和治疗效果的重要工具。对国外功能性消化不良临床研究中常用的量表进行了概述,以期对国内临床研究者更好的选择相关量表有所借鉴。并认为引进国际权威量表,建立临床症状与生活质量相结合的疗效评价体系,不仅能更全面的评价针灸治疗功能性消化不良的疗效,还有利于国内的研究成果在国际上进行交流。

For the lack of suitable objective evaluation index,scales,especially the scale for measuring health-related quali ty of life are supplemental measurements for traditional clinics and important tools to evaluate the severity and the clinical thera peutic effect. In this paper,the common used scales in Functional dyspepsia trials abroad were reviewed in order to be better un derstood and selected by trial researchers at home. In addition,in order to assess the effectiveness of acupuncture in treating Func tional dyspepsia all-round and exchange the results in the international level,it is necessary to apply the internationally recog nized authoritative scale and build the effect evaluation system by combining symptoms and health -related life quality.
