摘要
在利用平锻机使棒料局部成形的平锻生产工艺中,热变形部分的长径比(L/D)通常控制在10以内,理论允许值不超过14~15。本文介绍了一种变形区长径比达18的微型汽车半轴的平锻生产工艺,并对其生产成本及经济效益作了简要分析。
Abstract As in machine forging process with upsetter to forge partial of bars,L/D in part of thermal deformation is normally controlled within 10, and theoretical data should be within 1415.In this paper, a new machine forging process used to produce semiaxle of mini-automotive is introduced, its L/D in deformation area can reach to 18. And also production cost and economic benifit are analysed briefly.
