摘要
通过运用麻黄根、浮小麦、糯稻根、五味子、碧桃干、锻牡蛎等收敛止汗之品治疗盗汗的数个有效医案,证明中医辨病论治的有效性。据此认为,不能因为辨证论治的优越性而轻易否定辨病论治在中医治疗学的地位。从古代本草对药物主治的阐述可知中医药学最初起源于辨病论治。对于病机相对比较单纯的疾病,可以运用辨病的方法进行治疗。通常所谓的辨证论治往往包含了辨证与辨病相结合的内容。中医个体化治疗的优势在很大程度是通过辨证与辨病相结合体现出来的。辨病论治具有容易掌握、运用方便、疗效确切、易于重复、不受中医证型欠缺规范化与标准化的困扰等优点。大量以固定成方或中成药治疗某专病的临床试验及实践,其实都是对中医辨病论治功用的"默认"。
Through some efficient cases of treating night sweet by convergent and adiaphoretic herbs such as Ma Huang Gen,Fu Xiao Mai,Nuo Dao Gen,Wu Wei Zi,Bi Tao Gan,Duan Mu Li,proved the validity of Treatment Based on Differentiation of Disease. So,couldn't deny the status of Treatment Based on Differentiation of Disease in the TCM therapeutics facilely by reason of the advantage of Treatment Based on Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs. From the expatiation about herbs' effects in archaic Ben Cao,could know that TCM came of Treatment Based on Differentiation of Disease primely. To Diseases with semplice pathogenesis,could be treated by differentiating disease. Usually,so-called Treatment Based on Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs contained the combinative content of differentiating disease and differentiating symptoms sometimes. The advantage of TCM indi-vidual treatment was incarnated by the combination of differentiating disease and differentiating symptoms in high degree sometimes. Treatment Based on Differentiation of Disease had excellences such as easy to handle,convenient to use,affirmatory curative effect,easy to repeat,wasn't puzzled by the standardization deficiency of TCM syndrome and so on. A great deal of experimentations and practices on treating some special disease by fixed prescription or Chinese patent medicine were all acquiescence to the function of TCM Treatment Based on Differentiation of Disease actually.
