本文介绍潞安集团常村煤矿引进应用煤矿井下移动式救生舱,建设固定避难硐室的基本思路、具体做法、规范流程、功能特点,通过完善监测监控、人员定位、紧急避险、压风自救、供水施救和通信联络六大系统,探索构建源头预防、过程控制、安全防护、应急救援新型煤矿安全管理体系的科学途径。

In this paper,Luan Coal Mine Group,often described the introduction of mobile applications coal mine rescue chamber,construction of a fixed basic idea of refuge chamber,specific practices,standardized processes,features,through the improvement of monitoring and control,personnel locate the emergency,the wind pressure self-help,water rescue and communications liaison six systems,built to explore the source of the prevention,process control,safety protection,emergency rescue of new mine safety management system of scientific way.
