摘要
我国的民营矿业获得了较快的发展,已经成为我国矿业不可缺少的重要组成部分。但在发展中也存在一些问题,遇到一些困难,出现了"国进民退"等倾向。文章提出了在政策法规的层面上给市场主体以平等的竞争地位、严格准入规制;加强民营矿业的监督、服务等战略思考。
Private mining had developed rapidly in China.But there are many problem and difficult in the process.The article analyzes the actuality and problems of the private mining.On the base,the article puts forward some consideration about fairly complete,regulation,administration and service etc.
