摘要
自2003年启动的我国矿产资源法的第二次修订仍在进行中。本文对1949年以来我国矿产资源法的研究进行了一个简要概括,对当前我国矿产资源法的研究热点问题进行了较详细的阐述和分析。
The Mineral Resources Law of the people＇s republic of China was promulgated in 1986,after the first amenderment in 1996,the revision of it has been discussing since 2003.This article review the studies on the mineral resources law in China since 1949,analyses the features of the researches and make a detailed explanation of the hot issues in this area.
