摘要
矿产资源型企业在勘探、开发过程中,由于技术不规范、员工操作失误、选冶技术流程等,达不到预期的设计效果而产生技术风险。主要表现为勘探、开发风险;选、冶炼业务风险和环保政策风险。本文在系统地分析矿产资源型企业技术风险的基础上,提出了相应的管理对策。
In the exploration and development of mineral resources,the technical risk come from design deflection such as technical irregulation,human error,exploration and development processes etc.It is mainly including exploration and development risks,the smelting business risk and environmental policy risks.This paper analysis the technical risk of mineral resource-style enterprises systematically and make a relevant management suggestions
