摘要
大庆石化总厂炼油厂F-401加氢反应器自1966年投入运行至今已达30多年,超过了设计寿命(12年)。1997年大修期间对这台容器进行了全面检验,结果发现器壁多次严重超温,并且有一条焊缝存在表面裂纹。为此,在检验数据的基础上,参考寿命评估的资料,对容器进行了分析与评定。
The F-401 hydrogenated reactor in Daqing oil refinery has been put into operation, for more than 30 years far beyond its design life limit. Through the inspection in 1997, it showed that the reactor wall bore seriously overheating for many times and cracks occurred in weld. On the basis of inspection data and life estimation the analysis and evaluation to the reactor was carried out.
