选用国产焊接材料进行了轧辊带极堆焊试验研究,测试了焊接参数对堆焊层各参数及表面质量的影响,确定了最佳的焊接工艺参数,并堆焊完成了一个符合技术要求的轧辊,为轧辊的制造和修复提供了科学依据。
