上海港国客中心钢桁架整体提升施工仿真分析 被引量:9

SIMULATION ANALYSIS OF STEEL TRUSSES INTEGRAL LIFT IN SHANGHAI PORT INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION CENTER

摘要 上海港国际客运中心SB11建筑的大跨度屋面钢桁架安装是其施工过程中起控制作用的环节,需要确定合理的安装方案。根据结构的特点和现场施工条件,选择整体提升的方法进行安装,并制定了相应的方案。同时基于三维有限单元法,根据结构中Q345B钢材的力学性质,采用Bernoulli-Euler梁单元建立了仿真分析模型,对桁架进行了特征值屈曲分析,为现场施工的稳定性控制提供定量的参数依据;对吊点不同位移差下的桁架结构进行了仿真计算分析,给出了吊点位移差警戒限值用于指导现场施工。实践证明仿真分析得出的参数精确合理,保证了结构施工的安全性。 Installation of large-span steel roof trusses is a controlling step in the construction of SB11 building in Shanghai Port International Transportation Center, which calls for a reasonable installation scheme. To develop the installation scheme, characteristics of the structure and construction site were considered, and integral lift technology was used. Based on three-dimensional finite element method and incorporating the mechanic properties of the Q345B steel used for the structure, simulation analysis model was established using Bernoulli-Euler beam elements. Eigenvalue buckling analysis was carried out for the trusses so as to provide parameters for stability control; Simulation analysis for the lifting padeye under different displacement differences was performed and critical values were obtained to guide the construction. It is shown by the actual practice that the parameters calculated by simulation analysis were reasonable.
