编目的社会化已经无所不在，遍地开花，从某种程度上说，强调编目的专业化其实是拒绝其社会化的托词。专业化只是基础，社会化才是目的，专业化服务于社会化，反过来，社会化又会促进其进一步专业化，二者绝不冲突。
The socialization of catalogue is making a great progress. To some extent, emphasizing professional catalogue is an excuse to refuse socialization. Professional catalogue is the groundwork, socialization is the purpose, they are complementary, and there is no conflict between them.
