全球价值链视角下印度化药产业发展模式对我国的启示

Enlightenment from the experiences on development model of India pharmaceutical industry in the perspective of global value chain

以全球价值链理论为依据,分析了印度化药产业发展仿制药、出口驱动发展,承接研发外包的外向型模式;研究了印度本土跨国公司通过兼并重组、设立海外子公司,重视专利策略,加强新药研发,加大国际合作、加速国际认证,占据国际仿制药高端市场的国际化战略,阐述了印度医药产业全球价值链演进特征与升级路径;提出借鉴印度产业升级模式,制定国际化战略,嵌入全球价值链,支持龙头企业"走出去",提高我国医药产业国际竞争力的措施。

Based on the theory of global value chains,the export-oriented model of developing generic pharmaceutical industry,exporting driving development,and undertaking RD outsourcing of Indian pharmaceutical industry were analyzed.We investigated the international strategies carried out by the Indian multinational companies,such as,merger and reorganization,establishment of overseas subsidiaries,emphasis on patent strategy to improve drug RD.These have increased international cooperation,accelerated the international certification,and occupied the international generic high-end market.The evolution characteristics and upgrade path of global value chain of Indian pharmaceutical industry were elaborated.Finally,the effective measures how to improve the international competitiveness of China＇s pharmaceutical industry were advised,such as making reference of the industrial upgrading model in India,drafting an international strategy,embedding global value chain,and supporting leading enterprises＇ going out.
