摘要
目的:进行足叶乙苷长循环脂质体的抑瘤性研究。方法:通过C57BL/6 J小鼠接种Lewis肺癌,建立肿瘤模型后给药,以16 d的小鼠肿瘤重量为指标,进行抑瘤率考察,同时进行病理切片观察。结果:足叶乙苷长循环脂质体组的抑瘤率为64.15%,明显高于足叶乙苷注射液组的47.92%、普通脂质体组的58.49%。肿瘤组织病理切片的结果显示,足叶乙苷长循环脂质体组的肿瘤组织出现明显的核凝固坏死现象。结论:足叶乙苷长循环脂质体具有一定的抑瘤性能。
Objective: To determine tumor-inhibiting effect of etoposide long-circulating liposomes(ETP-LCL).Methods: Lewis lung cancer cells(LCC) were inoculated in C57BL/6J mice to establish tumor model.ETP-LCL was administered after induction of the tumor.The weight of tumor after the administration was measured to evaluate tumor inhibition rate.Meanwhile,pathology of tumor tissue was observed.Results: The tumor inhibition rate was 64.15% in ETP-LCL group,which was higher than those in etoposide injection group(47.92%) and in conventional liposome group(58.49%).Morphological examination showed that a visible tumor necrosis and ruptures of nuclear solidification in tumor tissues after ETP-LCL treatment.Conclusion: ETP-LCL possesses an anti-tumor activity.
