摘要 水轮机水导轴径磨损是水电站经常遇到难题,本文阐述了研磨、电镀、镶套、热喷涂等几种工件表面磨损修复方法及各自的优缺点。根据大轴实际损坏程度对冯家山一级电站轴径磨损采用了电镀硬铬的修复方法,并重点介绍了其中各环节的关键技术。 The wear of water turbine guide shaft is a difficult problem often encountered at hydropower station.This article described several advantages and disadvantages of repairing methods of surface wear:grinding,electroplating,inserting sets,thermal spraying,etc.The repair process of hard chrome plating was applied to repair shaft wear of Fengjiashan first grade hydropower station according to the wear condition,and mainly introduces the key technologies of each sector.
