摘要
"中风"又名"卒中",发病急而重,病后痊愈者很少,常遗留下严重的语言、智能、运动等功能障碍,一旦中风,轻者瘫废,重者猝死。近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,饮食结构的改变,导致与膳食有关的疾病日益增加。中风与饮食不节关系密切,防治中风最有效的方法就是饮食疗法。
"Stroke",also known as "apoplexy" urgent and important disease,patients are rarely cured and often left a serious language,intelligence,movement and other dysfunction,once stroke,paralysis light were spent,in serious ca-ses of sudden death.In recent years,with the improvement of living standard,changes in diet,leading to diet-related diseases are increasing.Stroke and diet section are closely related to stroke prevention is the most effective way to diet.
