脑梗塞患者辨证分型与白睛脉络分布规律的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究脑梗塞患者辨证分型与白睛脉络分布规律的相关性。方法:对4种中医证型的急性脑梗塞患者各50例进行常规治疗。在收诊时及治疗21天后,对患者的病情进行打分,观察记录患者白睛脉络的分布、形态、颜色情况。对观察前后的白睛脉络情况进行对比分析。结果:不同证型的脑梗塞患者白睛脉络的分区、形态和颜色上均有明显的集中表现。结论:脑梗塞患者的辨证分型与白睛脉络分布规律有明显的相关性,利用这一规律有助于对脑梗塞患者的临床诊断。 Objective:To research the relativity between the classification of syndrome and the distribution regularities of the eyeball collaterals of paralytics.Methods:50 cases of every classification of syndrome of acute paralytics were trea-ted by routine treatments.The conditions about their disease and the eyeball collaterals were observed respectively at the beginning and the end of 21 days course of treatment.And a statistical analysis about the conditions was done.Results:The distribution,morphology and colour of the eyeball collaterals of the every classification of syndrome of the patients were con-centrated expression obviously.Conclusion:There are obvious relativity between the classification of syndrome and the dis-tribution regularities of the eyeball collaterals of paralytics.The regularities can help to make a diagnose to the paralytics.
