脑梗塞患者白睛脉络分布规律的临床研究

Clinical Research on the Distribution Regularities of the Eyeball Collaterals of Paralytics

目的:观察脑梗塞患者的白睛脉络分布规律。方法:对200例急性脑梗塞患者进行常规治疗。在收诊时及治疗21天后,对患者的病情进行打分,观察记录患者白睛脉络的分布、形态、颜色情况。对观察前后的白睛脉络情况进行对比分析。结果:脑梗塞患者白睛脉络的分区集中于脾胃、肝胆、上焦、下焦区。形态和颜色上也有明显的集中表现。结论:脑梗塞患者的白睛脉络有明显的分布规律,利用这一规律有助于脑梗塞的临床诊断。

Objective ：To observe the distribution regularities of the eyeball collaterals of paralytics. Methods ：200 cases of acute paralytics were treated by routine treatments. The conditions about their disease and the eyeball collaterals were observed respectively at the beginning and the end of a 21 days course of treatment. And a statistical analysis about the conditions was done. Results：The distribution of the eyeball collaterals of the patients were fastened on the districts of spleen and stomach, liver and gall, upper warmer and ]~wer warmer, And the morphology and colour of the eyeball collat- erals of the patients were concentrated expression obviously. Conclusion ： There are obvious distribution regularities about the eyeball collaterals of paralytics. The regularities can help to make a diagnose to the paralytics.
