摘要
从流行病学特征、实验研究、临床研究3个方面概述了支气管哮喘的遗传学因素研究进展,认为哮喘的发生发展与遗传因素密切相关,通过基因研究可以提供未来基因治疗的靶位点,并有利于特异性新药的开发及疾病的排查。
Summary the research of genetic factors in asthma based on the epidemiological characteristics, experimental study and clinical research. That the development of asthma is closely related with genetic factors. Through genetic research, we can provide the target sites of future gene therapy and contribute to the development of specific drugs and disease investigation.
