单纯头针与头电针治疗急性期缺血性脑血管病的临床对比

Clinical Compare of the First Eectro-acupuncture Therapy and Scalp Needle on Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:对比头电针治疗对脑梗死患者瘫肢肌力的影响与常规头针操作的疗效,从卒中患者运动功能评估量表(MAS)及治疗前后肌力改变进行系统观察,两者结果经统计学处理,分析其有无统计学意义,来得出头电针治疗是否比头针更有利于患者瘫肢肌力提高的结论。方法:将60例急性期脑梗死患者按随机对照原则,分成治疗组(头电针组)和对照组(头针组),均治疗30天,观察治疗前后MAS评分的变化和患肢肌力的改变,两组数值经统计学组间比较以确定其是否具有统计学意义。结果:治疗前两组MAS评分结果为治疗组16.43±6.08,对照组15.93±5.59,治疗后治疗组42.50±3.73,对照组38.67±3.20,治疗组和对照组在治疗前后自身比较,P值均为P=0.000<0.01,提示两组治疗前后MAS评分的改变均有显著性差异;治疗后两组间比较P=0.000,即P<0.01,提示治疗后两组间MAS评分的改变有显著性差异。结论:头电针和头针均可显著提高MAS评分及改变患肢肌力,而加电针作用更优。
