滋阴活血法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效评价

Evaluation of Clinical Therapeutic Effect of the Method for Nourishing Yin and Activating Blood Circulation on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察滋阴活血法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照方法。29例DPN患者随机分为治疗组(14例),对照组(15例),分别采用滋阴活血中药和单纯西药治疗,观察两组的近期临床疗效及相关症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组和对照组的显效率分别为64.3%和20%,两组相比显效率有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组治疗前后症候积分均有显著性减少(P<0.05),但组间比较无显著性差异。

Objective：To observe the Nourishing Yin and Activating Blood Circulation treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical efficacy.Methods：29 case of DPN were randomly divided into a treatment group（14 cases） and a control group（15 cases）,respectively Nourishing Yin and Activating Blood Circulation of Chinese medicine and western medicine alone to observe the two groups improvement of short-term clinical and the associated in symptoms situation.Results：The markedly effective rate was 64.3% and 20% in treatment group and control group respectively,with signif-icant difference between the 2 groups（P 〈 0.05）,2 symptoms of points before and after treatment were significantly re-duced（P 〈 0.05） However,between the two groups showed no significant difference.
