摘要
目的:采用正交实验设计确定密蒙花的最佳超声提取工艺。方法:采用单因素及正交实验设计,确定最佳工艺参数。结果:最佳提取工艺为用80%的乙醇超声提取20min,固液比为1∶30。乙醇浓度对提取率影响最大,其次是固液比,提取时间影响最小。结论:与传统提取法相比,超声提取法能够提高蒙花苷的提取率,缩短提取时间,避免高温对黄酮类组分的破坏。本研究可为密蒙花的工业超声提取提供依据。
Objective : To optimize the extraction process of Buddleja officinalis Maxim. Methods: Using single - factor test and orthogonal test to optimize the extraction process. Result: the optimum ultrasonic wave extraction process: Using 80% alcohol extracted 20 minutes, solid - liquid ratio 1 : 30. The concentration of alcohol is the major factor,Followed by solid- liquid ratio and extraction time. Conclusion:Compared with the traditional extraction method, ultrasonic extraction method can improve the extraction rate of Buddleoside, shorten the extraction time, and avoid the destruction of the flavonoid components. This study can provide a basis for the extraction of Buddleja officinalis Maxim.
