摘要
目的:探讨前列腺素E1的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验对孵育温度、pH值、提取时间、通氧纯度4个因素进行优选。结果:前列腺素E1提取条件的最优组合为:孵育温度37℃、pH值8、提取时间1h、通氧纯度为纯氧。结论:优选的前列腺素E1提取工艺稳定可行,能有效提高前列腺素E1的含量。
Objective：To explore the best of prostaglandin E1 extraction.Methods：Orthogonal test incubation temperature,pH,extraction time,through the purity of oxygen for optimal selection of four factors.Results：The extraction of prostaglandin E1 for the optimum combination of conditions：incubation temperature 37℃,pH value of 8,the extraction time 1h,through oxygen purity oxygen.Conclusion：The optimal prostaglandin E1 extraction process is stable,can improve the content of prostaglandin E1.
