目的通过法医尸检,探讨死因分布规律及损伤与疾病的相互关系。方法对118例死因不明或有争议的尸体进行系统的解剖并做组织病理学检查,部分做法医毒化分析。结果 118例尸检中病理性死亡86例,其中心血管疾病居首位,其他依次为神经系统疾病、产科疾病、呼吸系统疾病和消化系统疾病,原因不明4例;外力致死32例,其中机械性损伤23例,机械性窒息5例,其他4例。结论系统的尸体解剖,准确的死因分析有利于提高医院的诊疗水平,有利于有关部门调解、处理医疗纠纷,有助于民事、刑事案件的公正解决。

Objective Approbate a forensic doctor the corpse check, the study cause of death distributes regulation and damnification and paroxysm reciprocity. Methods Carry on a systematic anatomy to the 118 cause of deaths not clear or argumentative remains and have a histopathology censorship,parts of way of doings cure poison to turn analysis. Results 118 corpses check medium pathology to die 86,among them,the cardiovascular disease stands first,other seriatims are nervous systm sickness,obstetrics sickness,breathe scheme sickness and digestive system sickness,casus not clear 4;The outside vires causes death 32, among them,the mechanical apparatus damnifies 23,the mechanical apparatus suffocates 5,other 4. Conclusion The ptomatopsia of scheme, the cause of death analysis of the accuracy is advantageous to the diagnosis and treatment level that raises a hospital and is advantageous to department concerned accommodation and processes medical deadlock and contributes to fair solution of civil affair, case for crown.
