超声检查结合尿HCG测定早期诊断异位妊娠的临床价值

Determination of Urinary HCG Ultrasound Combined with Early Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy Clinical Value

目的探讨通过应用超声检查,同时结合尿HCG测定早期异位妊娠的临床价值。方法我院2008年1月～2010年1月共确诊50例经妇科检查及B超、血HCG确诊为异位妊娠患者。通过应用超声检查,同时结合尿HCG测定进行确诊。结果 50例异位妊娠中,输卵管妊娠41例(82.0%),卵巢妊娠5例(10.0%),其余4例分别子宫颈妊娠、腹腔妊娠、子宫角妊娠,超声图像均有各自的特点。同时结合尿HCG、血HCG检查,术前误漏诊的术后均经病理检查得以证实。结论应用超声图像结合HCG是诊断异位妊娠的首选方法。

Objective To investigate through the application of ultrasound examination combined with urinary HCG determination of the clinical value of early ectopic pregnancy. Methods From January 2008~2010 on January FIFTY cases were confirmed by gynecological examination and B-blood HCG in patients diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy.Through the application of ultrasound,combined with urinary HCG determination of diagnosig Results 50 cases of ectopie pregnancy,tubal pregnancy was 41 cases（82.0%）, ovarian pregnancy in 5 cases （10.0%）,and the remaining 5 cases were cervical pregnancy,abdominal pregnancy,cornual pregnancy,ultrasound images have their own characteristics. Combined with urinary HCG,serum HCG examination,preoperative misdiagnosis of the patients were confirmed by pathological examination to confirm. Conclusion The combination of ultrasound image diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, HCG is the preferred method.
