摘要
本文针对科学研究项目的特点，分析了国内外科学研究项目的评估现状，综述了科学研究项目评估中使用的主要方法，结合评估实践给出了一套针对评估方法的评价准则，提出了对评估方法的一些认识。
In this paper,the present situation of science research project assessment both at home and abroad was analized in accordance with the distinguishing features of science research project assessment.Also the principal methods widely used in the world were summarized.Finally an a assessment criterion for project assessment method based on our project assessment practice was given and discused.
