我国农业科技创新存在的问题和采取的措施——水稻科技创新实证研究

Problems Coming along with Agricultural Science and Technology innovations and Corresponding Solutions A case study of innovation in rice research

本文以水稻科研为研究对象，对我国农业科技创新过程中存在的一些问题，如科研经费不足，科研人员外流，科技人员收益低浅，科研课题设置小而全，科研管理环节过多等问题进行分析和研究，提出我国农业科技创新需要采取的一些措施和方法。

By using rice research as a subject,this paper analyzed and explored some of the significant problems coming along with the innovations of agricultural science and technology,such as lack of sufficient research funds,brain drains,comparatively low income,and inefficient management of research projects,Some approaches to remove those barriers are proposed。
