摘要
心肌肥厚是众多心血管疾病共同病理过程。心肌肥厚的发生机制十分复杂,目前有许多针对不同发生机制的心肌肥厚动物模型,以大鼠模型为主。建立稳定、可靠、模拟度高的心肌肥厚动物模型,对研究心肌肥厚的发病机制、病理生理、预防及逆转治疗方法有着非常重要的作用。本文就目前常用的大鼠心肌肥厚模型的建立方法作一综述。
Cardiac hypertrophy is a common pathological process of many cardiovascular diseases. The mechanism of cardiac hyper- trophy is very complex. At present there are many different mechanisms of cardiac hypertrophy animal models, with rat models as the main ones. It is very important to successfully establish stable, rehable and high emulational animal models in the study of pathogene- sis, pathophysiology, prevention and reversal treatment of cardiac hypertrophy.
