摘要
目的调查我院抗菌药物使用情况,为临床抗菌药物的合理使用与管理提供科学依据。方法对我院2007年的360份抗菌药物的应用情况进行回顾性分析,并依据文献及相关标准进行评价。结果抗菌药物使用率占79.2%,抗菌药物的联用率占58.2%,均超过《抗菌药物指导原则》规定比率。结论应限制抗菌药物的使用率,切实加强抗菌药物的应用管理。
Objective To analyze the antibacterial drug use in our hospital in an attempt to provide the scientific foundation for the rational use and management. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 360 antibacterial prescriptions in our hospital in 2007, and the evaluation was made based on the related literatures and criteria. Results The use rate of the antibacterial drugs was 79.2% and the combined use rate of antibacterial drugs was 58.2%,both exceeding the stipulated criteria. Conclusion We should take all the precautions to make rational use of the antibacterial drugs and strengthen their management.
