喹诺酮类抗菌药物是人工化学合成的抗菌药,其最为常见的不良反应为胃肠道反应、中枢神经系统反应、变应性反应、光毒性和心血管毒性、肝毒性等。本文通过查阅大量参考文献和实际调查,归纳有关喹诺酮类抗菌药不良反应的报道,为临床合理用药提供依据。

Quinolones were chemosynthesis antimicrobial drugs. The most common adverse reactions of quinolones were gastrointestinal disturbance,nervous system complaints,allergic reactions,phototoxicity,cardiovascular toxicity and hepatoxicity,etc. We collected the adverse reactions reports by retrieving literatures and surveys in order to provide the basis for clinical rational use of drug.
