豫北地区2009～2010年结核病人群分布分析

Analysis on Population Distribution of Tuberculosis in North Henan 2009～2010

目的了解豫北地区结核病人群分布特征。方法对新乡医学院第一附属医院2009～2010年确诊的结核病例进行回顾性研究,利用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果 1585例结核病患者中,农民结核病人数最多,男性多于女性,15～24岁人群结核病患病率最高,15岁以下人群最低。结论今后要加大农村结核病的防治力度,早防早治,遏制结核上升趋势。

Objective To understand the population distribution of tuberculosis in north Henan. Methods Study retrospectively tuberculosis patients of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College between Jan. 2009 and Jan. 2010, with the analysis of SPSS13.0. Results There were 1585 cases of tuberculosis patients showed farms were the largest, with more males than females,and the prevalence rates of tuberculosis were quite different among age groups with the highest range in age group 15 to 24 and with the lowest under age group 15. Conclusion In the future,we should increase the control of tuberculosis in the rural and conduct the prevention and treatment,Finally increasing tendency of tuberculosis was contained.
