高血压病合并脑梗死患者的踝臂脉搏波传导速度研究 被引量:2

A Research on Brachial Ankle Pulse Wave Velelocity(baPWV) in Patients with Hypertension Complicated by Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的探讨踝臂脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与高血压病继发脑梗死的相关性。方法对94例原发性高血压伴急性脑梗死患者和113例无脑卒中的高血压病患者进行baPWV检测,并分组对比分析。结果脑梗死组右侧baPWV(RbaPWV)均值为(2180.6±556.8)cm/s,左侧baPWV(LbaPWV)均值为(2177.1±575.0)cm/s;无脑卒中组baPWV均值分别为(1894.5±430.4)cm/s和(1903.8±438.4)cm/s。脑梗死组baPWV明显高于无脑卒中组,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.001)。结论 baP-WV能反映高血压病患者脑部动脉的病变程度,与脑梗死的发生密切相关。 Objective To explore the relationship between ankle-brachial pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and hypertension complicated with acute cerebral infarction. Methods baPWV examination for 94 patients with essential hypertension accompanied with acute cere- bral infarction as well as 113 non-stroke patients with hypertension, and comparative analysis in groups. Results The fight baPWV of acute cerebral infarction group is(2180.6±556.8)cm/s and the left one is (2177.1 ±575.0)cm/s, while the fight baPWV of non-stroke group is (1894.5± 430.4)cm/s and the left one is (1903.8± 438.4)cm/s. The baPWV of acute cerebral infarction group is obviously higher than that of non-stroke group. The difference has very remarkable significance(P〈0.001 ). Conclusion baPWV can reflect that the brain artery's pathological change degree of hypertension sickness patients is close related to the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction.
