摘要
职业组合卡技术一诞生,就成为职业咨询中一种质的测评手段,最初用于探索来访者的职业兴趣,并且发展了一套相对规范的操作程序。随着对组合卡技术研究的扩大和深入,新的职业组合卡类型得到了发展,其应用定位也从简单的测评工具,逐渐演变为结构化的咨询手段。文章从职业组合卡的诞生与发展入手,全面地介绍了职业组合卡应用的价值和实施的重点,并探讨了职业组合卡的创新与国内发展情况,以期推广这一技术在职业咨询中的应用。
Since the time Vocational Card Sort (VCS) firstly appeared, it became means for quality assessment to explore the client' s career interests, and has formed a set of normative manipulating procedure. As study on VCS gets more attention and goes into deep, new types of VCS come into being, and VCS has evolved from just a simple assessing tool to a structural counseling technique in application. The paper starts with the birth of VCS and its development, then the significance of applying VCS and the emphases in implementing VCS are analyzed. To promote the use of VCS in career counseling, innovations of VCS are present and domestic development of VCS is discussed.
