微波辅助提取槐角总异黄酮的研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过单因素考察及正交实验优化了微波辅助技术提取槐角总异黄酮的最佳提取条件.正交实验结果显示,当乙醇体积分数为60%,微波辐照时间为7 min,微波功率为500 W,提取温度为60℃,液固比(即每克槐角加入溶剂的量,简称液固比,下同)为12.5 mL/g时,槐角总异黄酮的提取率最大,为52.43%,所得产品w(槐角异黄酮)=36.78%. In order to gain the optimization extraction condition of isoflavones from Fructus Sophorae by microwave-assisted techniques,we have inspected the single factor influence and then optimized them by the orthogonal experiment.The results of the orthogonal experiment indicated that the yield of Fructus Sophorae isoflavones in the extracts as 52.43% and the purity w(Fructus Sophorae isoflavones) of the products was 36.78% when the liquid-solid ratio of 12.5 mL·g-1 with 500 W microwave power at 60 ℃ for 7 min.
