HPLC-UV法检测人血浆中莫西沙星的浓度 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立人血浆中莫西沙星检测的高效液相色谱方法。方法血浆经高氯酸沉淀,以ZORBAX XDB-C18为色谱柱,柱温30℃;流动相为乙腈-水-0.1%TFA,流速为1.0 mL/min;以加替沙星为内标,检测波长为296nm。结果莫西沙星浓度在0.05-8.00 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);定量下限为0.05 mg/L;高、中、低三个浓度的相对回收率分别为(100.33±4.55)%(、102.87±2.08)%和(99.97±1.59)%;日内RSD分别为4.02%、3.26%和1.43%,日间RSD分别为5.35%、3.31%和1.81%。结论高效液相色谱紫外分光光度法准确可靠、简便快速,适用于人血浆中莫西沙星浓度的测定及其药代动力学研究。
