纳米技术——涂料行业创新发展的新史陆

摘要 纳米粒子由于具有表面效应、小尺寸效应、量子尺寸效应、宏观量子隧道效应等特殊性质,将其用于涂料中后,可使涂层的光学性能、磁能、电性能、力学性能得到很大提高或显示新的功能,大大提高涂料产品的档次和市场竞争力,因而引起了涂料工作者的浓厚兴趣,同时也为涂料行业的创新发展提供了商机。针对目前纳米材料市场开发的热点,分别介绍了采用纳米技术的光催化涂料、复合涂料、车用面漆、工业用涂料、玻璃涂料、自清洁涂料和超双疏性界面物性材料等的奇异特性、适用范围,并指出了纳米技术发展前景。 Nano-particles as a surface effect, small size effect, quantum size effect, macroscopic quantum tunneling effect, and other special properties, be used in coatings, the coating allows the optical properties, magnetic energy, electrical properties, mechanical properties greatly increased or .display new features, greatly improve the grade of paint products and market competitiveness, and caused great interest in the coating workers, but also for the coatings industry offers innovative development opportunities. Nano-materials market development for the current hot and introduced the use of photocatalytic nanotechnology coatings, composite coating, automotive finishes, industrial coatings, glass coatings, paints and super-double since the Qing Jie Shu Wu nature of the interface material properties such as the singular, scope of application, and noted that prospects for development of nanotechnology.
