综采工作面液压支架组装流程程序优化分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了解决综采工作面液压支架在井下组装困难的问题,运用工业工程的流程程序分析方法对支架组装流程进行了优化,采取"5W1H"对加工、检验、搬运、储存、等待五项活动进行提问和思考,找出原有组装流程存在的问题,运用ECRS的原则对流程进行优化改进。实践表明:优化后的组装流程大大提高了支架组装效率,保证了综采工作面安装的顺利完成,从而保证了工作面的正常接替。 In order to solve the assembling difficult problem of the hydraulic powered supports in the underground mine for the fully mechanized coal mining face,the industrial engineering process program analysis method was applied to the optimization of the powered support assembling process.The"5W1H"was applied to consider and put questions to the processing,inspection,handling,storage and standby activities in order to seek the existing problems of the previous assembling process and to optimize and improve the process with the ECRS principle.The practices showed that the assembling process optimized could highly improve the assembling rate of the powered support and ensure the successful equipment installation completed of the fully mechanized coal mining face.Therefore the regular replacement of the coal mining face could be ensured.
