高校信访工作是沟通广大师生员工与学校党政及其职能部门的桥梁和纽带,其工作开展好坏直接关系到学校乃至社会的安全和稳定,关系到国家教育改革的发展与成败。目前高校信访工作具有鲜明的特殊性,需要从深化机制建议、加强流程和队伍建设等多方面进一步增强其维护稳定、促进发展的作用。
