摘要
对Qiu滑移模型进行若干原理改进,通过在迭代中调用,将其耦合嵌入至本研究组的通流设计反问题程序,然后应用于某小型离心叶轮的设计.用定常黏性计算流体力学验证了改进的Qiu模型辅助设计的离心叶轮的气动性能.研究了Qiu模型用于通流反问题体系后预测小型离心叶轮滑移因子的能力.研究表明Qiu模型在通流设计中的适应性改进是必须的,可全面提高离心叶轮气动设计质量.虽然改进模型对滑移因子分量的估计存在偏差,但通过给定合适的经验系数完全可以使其给出的滑移因子达到工程实用的精度.另外在Qiu模型中被忽略的滑移因子分量对于离心叶轮仅在叶片后弯角绝对值较小时相对其他分量较小.
Some utility formats of Qiu slip factor model were improved for the through-flow design inverse problem of centrifugal impellers,then this model was coupled into an earlier developed through-flow design code,and finally applied to co-design a small centrifugal impeller.The steady viscous computational fluid dynamics was used to reveal the performance of this impeller.The capability of this model to predict the slip factor of small centrifugal impeller in the through-flow design system was studied.It indicates that improvements of Qiu slip factor model for through-flow design are reasonable and effective,since the performance of impellers has been improved obviously.Despite of the deviation of the slip factor predicted by improved Qiu slip factor model from the real one,it is easy to reduce the error till satisfying the requirement of engineering by specifying empirical parameters properly.It also shows that the slip factor element ignored in Qiu slip factor model could be small as compared to other elements when the absolute backward swept angle is small for centrifugal impellers.
