基于电容特性的碳酸型饮料品质无损检测

摘要 从影响饮料电容特性的主要因素入手,利用自制的无损测量系统,对几种碳酸型饮料的电容进行了测定。结果表明:水分含量是影响饮料电容的最主要因数,电容随水分含量的降低而降低。另外还探究了碳酸型饮料存放时间与电容的关系,结果表明:碳酸型饮料的电容随存放时间的增加而增加。可以根据饮料介电特性的变化来定性评价其开启存放时间和内在品质,为实现无损自动化品质检测提供基础。 The capacitances of several carbonated drinks were determined by a home-made nondestructive measurement system in combination with the main factors affecting the capacitance characteristics of these drinks. The results showed that water content was the most important factor affecting the capacitances of the drinks - they decreased with the decrease of water content. In addition,the relationship between the storage time and capacitances of the carbonated drinks was investigated. The results indicated that the capacitances of the drinks increased with the storage time. Based upon the changes of dielectric properties of the drinks,a qualitative evaluation could be made on their open storage time and internal quality,to provide references for the realization of automatic nondestructive testing of their quality.
