摘要
本研究对团队共享心理模型测量方法和分析策略进行了回顾与述评,提出以认知地图和整体网络分析策略为组合设计的共享心理模型测量观点。由72个样本组成的36个正在实际运作的双人团队参加了现场研究,在认知诱发的基础上,分析检验了基于认知地图技术的测量方法的有效性,以及共享心理模型的结构特征。结果表明:基于认知地图技术的共享心理模型测量对团队绩效有较好的区分度;更值得关注的是,研究发现拥有高水平共享心理模型的团队,其认知地图更加结构化和简单化。最后对研究结果的意义和有待进一步研究的方向进行了讨论。
Based upon synthesized review which focused on various measurement techniques and analytic strategies of shared mental model;a new approach which integrated cognitive mapping technique and holistic network analysis program was introduced in the present study.In order to validate the new measurement approach,thirty-six teams formed with 72 participants were employed and operational worked on a complex cooperative task.Based on a nomothetic approach measurement and network analysis,the results indicated that the cognitive mapping technique showed sound validation evidence and suitability for measuring knowledge structure under teamwork setting;and,interestingly,the teams who were higher performing had cognitive maps that were simpler and more structural.The theoretical implication of the present study and future direction were also discussed.
