An Approach of improving Business Availability of Communications Network Based on Value Stream Mapping

摘要 本文提出了通信网络业务可用性的概念。运用价值流分析法,对通信网络的运行维护流程进行了分解,分析了跨企业流程中存在的"浪费"现象,提出了改善措施并得到验证。 This paper presents a concept of communications network business availability.Operation maintenance processes of communications network are decomposed by using value stream mapping.In order to find waste(muda) phenomenon,cross-enterprise processes are analyzed.Improvement methods are put forward and have been verified in actual network.
